I’d been going to acupuncturists, chiropractors and doctors for years for my back and neck problems. I only had temporary relief and felt that I would be living with the pain for the rest of my life. Like most people, I lead a very hectic life and feel as if I never have enough hours in the day to do what I need, let alone exercise. I’m a 32-year-old professional who spends a considerable part of my day sitting in front of a computer. Last year, I started to get back pains and decided I need to do something about it. I thought it was important to start taking care of my body and do what I could to prevent future injury. I wanted to address the problem before it got progressively worst.
